In memoriam: Jean “Binta” Breeze (11 March 1956 – 4 August 2021)

The Caribbean literary community lost the legendary Jamaican poet Jean “Binta” Breeze in August 2021. Her indelible influence on the dub poetry movement will surely be reflected in the forthcoming JWIL November 2021 special issue – “Movements and Moments: On Dub Poetry” – being edited by Michael A.
